Terms of Service

Last updated: March 19, 2026

Short version: StackCheck is an educational software tool. Use it responsibly, do not treat it as medical advice, and contact us if you have a billing or account issue.

Acceptance of these terms

By using StackCheck, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

What StackCheck is

StackCheck helps users organize supplement routines, timing, conflicts, and protocol suggestions. It is an educational planning tool only.

No medical advice

StackCheck does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on the site should be treated as a substitute for professional medical guidance. You are responsible for speaking with a qualified healthcare professional before making supplement decisions, especially if you take medication, are pregnant, have a health condition, or are under medical supervision.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase access to paid features on StackCheck. By using StackCheck, you represent that you meet this requirement. You may use StackCheck only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in a way that could harm, disable, or overload it
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the product beyond normal personal use
  • Use the product to provide medical services or emergency guidance
  • Misrepresent your identity, payment information, or beta access status

Payments and access

Some features may require payment. Pricing, feature availability, and access models may change over time. Payment is processed through Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices. If a billing issue comes up, use the feedback form and include your issue clearly.

Private beta access, if offered, is optional and may be limited, modified, or ended at any time.

Refunds

Because StackCheck delivers digital content immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. If you believe you were charged in error, did not receive access to the protocol you paid for, or experienced a serious technical issue that prevented use, contact us through the feedback form within 14 days of your purchase and include your order email. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and, where we agree a refund is appropriate, will process it back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them to improve StackCheck without compensation to you. This does not reduce any privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

StackCheck, including its design, content, software, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of the product.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of StackCheck at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

StackCheck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to your use of StackCheck will not exceed the amount you paid us for access to the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StackCheck and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the service will first be addressed informally by contacting us through the feedback form. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the operator's home jurisdiction, unless applicable local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring the dispute elsewhere.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of StackCheck after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Contact

If you have a question about these terms, a billing or refund issue, or a legal notice, use the feedback form and include enough detail for us to understand the request.
